A small visual impression of my dear friend Will Tinnemans who was buried in the beautiful small cemetery of his village, Slijk-Ewijk, yesterday, November 6, 2014.
Photos were made during the making of ‘Bureaucratics’ and ‘Alledaagse macht’ in China and Yemen, and during a trip to Cuba where the photos were exhibited, 2006-2007.

Hi Jan,
Thanks so much for posting this photograph and the link. Will was a good friend and an incredibly deep thinker who always gave me plenty to mull over for a long time after we’d communicated. I was devastated to receive the news of his passing and was unable to fly from the UK for his funeral.
I miss him enormously, but feel my life is fuller for having known him.
I think I met you through him as well and he spoke of you often? Kan jij me herinneren?
I would like to get back in contact with Sjaak van Vlerken and Suzanne Weusten; if you happen to have their contact details, please could you pass them on?
Very best regards to you, Jan,
Angela
